FAQ

The walks are not a hike , the walks are a practice, the practice of Natural Mindfulness and Nature Connection. We Start the walk with an introduction to the practice and invitations to explore on the walk to open up the senses which in turn calms the mind .
We walk slowly and silently for a couple of hours, and bathe in the natural world.
We will stop at one part of the walk where I will invite you to sit for about 15mins in meditation usually a wooded area. At the end of the walk we will break the silence and I invite you to share with the group your experience.
