FAQ

The walks are not a hike , the walks are a practice, the practice of Natural Mindfulness and Nature Connection. We Start the walk with an introduction to the practice and invitations to explore on the walk to open up the senses which in turn calms the mind .
We walk slowly and silently for a couple of hours, and bathe in the natural world.
We will stop at one part of the walk where I will invite you to sit for about 15mins in meditation usually a wooded area. At the end of the walk we will break the silence and I invite you to share with the group your experience.

  • How long are the walks?
    The walk itself is around 2 hours. However I allow 30 minutes either side to talk you through the practice and to share afterwards, so the full event is 3 hours.
  • How much does it cost?
    The walks can be booked online via Eventbrite, they are £10 per walk.
  • What should I wear for the walks?
    Suitable walking gear, weather appropriate.. Ideally walking boots.
  • Is lunch provided?
    No lunch provided, but please feel free to bring your own snacks!
  • How far in advance do we find out the location of the walk?
    I will often have this detailed on the eventbrite page, although some walks are weather dependant so if this is tbc you can contact me via my mobile - 07736714294 for directions.
